Cancellation Policy – Target Physio Injection Ltd:

At Target Physio Injection Clinic, we ensure fairness and availability for all patients. We kindly ask that you provide adequate notice if you are unable to attend your appointment for cortisone injection .

Cancellation or Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

Minimum Notice Required:

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or change an appointment.

Late Cancellations or Non-Attendance

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a late cancellation fee of £25.

Repeated Cancellations

Patients who frequently cancel or do not attend may be asked to pre-pay for future bookings or may be refused further appointments at our discretion.
