I would recommend Target Physio. I was treated by Jai for Achilles tendon issues which I've had for over two months. He took a thorough history and assessed me before treatment. He then showed me exercises to do at home and gave me tips to help manage the injury. The pain and tightnesd is much reduced, which is brilliant.
